The right photos can make a world of difference. Whether you're a Realtor that wants your listings to generate as much interest as possible, or a vacation rental owner wanting your unit to stand out in a crowded market, I can provide photos that present your property in the best possible way.

The neater and cleaner the home or condo is, the better it will photograph. Always start with a good cleaning. To help homeowners and Realtors prepare for the real estate photography, I have prepared a check list of things you can do to really make the home photo ready.
Please try to have the property photo ready. However, if I notice anything that stands out, I don't mind arranging a few things.
Most shoots will typically be completed within 1 to 3 hours, but larger houses may take a bit longer.
While you are absolutely welcome to be present while I'm shooting, it is not necessary for you to be there as long as you provide access info (Door Code, Keys, Lockbox, etc).
This will vary depending on the size of the property. My goal is to photograph all of the main aspects (rooms and exterior) of the listing/rental in order to generate the most interest and lead to more showings/bookings.
You will receive your photos within 24 to 48 hours after the shoot.
You will receive them via an emailed link. Once you receive the link, I always recommend downloading/saving the photos to your personal computer.
A $30 travel fee will be added for shoots that are over 30 minutes away from the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area.
I accept Cash, Checks, Venmo, and CashApp.
While I'm happy to shoot in almost all weather conditions (no hurricanes please!), days with nicer weather do tend to have photos that come out a bit better. It is totally up to you if you would like to reschedule to a day with blue skies, but I can't always guarantee my availability.
